| Absences for Lessons |
ACMS allows each student ONE excused absence per term. These lessons are either made up in the week immediately following the term or at a time arranged by the instructor and student. ACMS reserves the right to discontinue lessons for any student due to excessive unexcused absence (3 or more consecutive missed lessons), frequent tardiness, behavioral problems or failure to abide by school policies. If an instructor is unable to attend a class ACMS may arrange for a qualified substitute instructor. If an instructor is absent or the school is closed for reasons other than weather, and a makeup lesson cannot be arranged, ACMS will credit the student for the lesson. Credits are not refundable and are only transferable to members of a student's family. |
| Refunds and Credits |
The annual registration fee is not refundable. Class Fees: Fees for music courses are not refundable.Private lesson fees: Classes that are cancelled by ACMS will be refunded, including registration fees. |

Classed held after 1pm: Notification is posted before noon of the day of the weather. |
